Performative sound installation at vzw Minus One, Ghent, Belgium.

This work has mainly consisted out of becoming a collaboration in a collaboration, an object in an object.
I have been experimenting with the different expressions of my extended oral cavity,
because I find it to be my most favorite representation of collaboration within my own body.

The oral cavity is channel, in a constant state of flux; air passes through the mouth or nose and moves towards the lungs to then be transformed into carbondioxide and be pushed back out with assist of the diaphragm.
I find it a very poetical and musical place.
I have been experimenting with the poetics and musicality that my oral cavity is able to create, in collaboration with technology.
My ambition was to merge my expressions with technology and let that flow into the body of a speaker to give birth to something with a unique voice;
a performer on its own accord.
